In the 1980s, it became a family business spanning three generations of the Proro\u010di\u0107 family.<br>\nSince 1996, it has been successfully operating as Konoba Scala Santa. Here, the walls \u2013 now centuries old \u2013 still echo with the stories of old sailors and fishermen, while the menu speaks of the sea. Fish and seafood, fresh and carefully prepared, are the soul of every dish. You will find flavours almost as old as Kotor itself, from grilled fish to mussels in buzara sauce.
